So many great food options! The Mac and cheese and buffalo chicken dip were amazing. They have trivia on Wednesday nights which is fun!
I just hosted a surprise birthday party for my wife at Grandview Cafe and it couldn't have gone any better. Allison was very helpful and thorough throughout the entire planning process, and everything went smoothly the day of the party. The upstairs patio/deck was the perfect venue for a party of our size (roughly 40 people), the food was terrific and the bartenders working the party were fabulous. All of our guests raved about what a great time they had and how the location was perfect. Thanks to the entire team!
Another satisfied trip to my favorite Cafe, food was delicious and once again was welcomed by my favorite server Amanda wearing her many hats, what a valuable employee she must be. Luv the roof top dining this time of year and again the food exceptional! Thank you Grandview Cafe Team!
I have been coming to Grandview Cafe for years now!! What can I say?! It truly is the staple of Grandview. If ya never not know what to get in the area..stop in here! You will not regret it. Amazing food all around. The staff is so helpful. Inside or outside seating. Prices average. A lil bit of everything. Great brunch. You can come here for any vibes! Game day?! Date night?! Ladies night?! Happy hour?! Work group?! They do it all!!
I had not visited in quite some time and never for lunch. There was plenty of seating inside and out. It was a nice day so the interior windows were wide open which was great! We ordered the veggie wrap and it was so good! I would absolutely go back and order this again. I also ordered a side of macaroni and cheese which was very generous but the veggie wrap was the star.
Love this place. I have been a long time regular here. It's funny, I even met my fiancé here, just didn't know it at the time. Between the two of us, we have had nearly everything on the menu. Everything is good here but they have THE BEST Cesar Salad in the city. Hands down! Perfect cut romaine, chunky provolone, fresh bacon bits and great Cesar dressing. On the menu we've had; Artichoke spinach dip (was Ok) Buffalo dip Chicken wrap Turkey club (they changed it, still good) Pizza French Onion Soup Muscles and fries Wings All the burgers Fish and chips (excellent) Gerber chicken (very good) and recently just had brunch; Chefs omelette Bacon Side of eggs French Toast Always good service. Always. Excellent patio out back! We just sat upstairs for the first time, it's very cute and a little different feel. They have trivia nights, the bar is great to sit at, and they have a great musical playlist! Whoever picks it's is good. Parking is across the street, behind by Round 2 or street for free. We wanted to host our engagement party here but they wanted $1200 for 40 people and 2hrs. That's literally the only complaint I have, maybe we can do a fun engagement photo shoot here.
Visited on a Friday afternoon. This was my first visit to this restaurant. It is seat yourself. My friend and I opted to sit at the bar since there were no open tables. Bartender was friendly. Started off my order with a a beer. They have a good selection of domestic and craft beers. Since it was early in the day I opted for Barley's Brewing Blood Thirst Wheat. This beer is light and fruity. For my meal there were a couple options I considered. The club sandwich and blackened chicken wrap were the final contenders, and I went with the chicken wrap. I added sweet potato fries. Sides are a separate cost from the sandwiches. My sandwich arrived in little time, but my friend waited longer for a burger. The wrap was delicious. The flavors really popped. The sweet potato fries were just okay and not worth the extra expense. Overall the food, drinks and service were good. I may visit again to try the club sandwich.
Great spot for lunch! This is a favorite of our daughter, so we stopped in during a quick visit. We started with Balboa chips and Dip - served steaming hot in an iron skillet. So good! I had a Caesar and prosciutto salad with salmon / the crispy prosciutto added a little crunch and savory to the salad and the salmon was cooked perfectly. Hubs had the Diner burger with an egg added on ("I was planning on only eating half but it was so good I ate the whole thing"). And daughter had the blackened chicken wrap -- which she apparently orders all the time because she loves it so much! Our waitress was attentive. The restaurant was about 80% full even though it was a late lunch on a Monday. Street parking.
